Free & Reduced Meal Information

Applications for Free & Reduced meals are available from the Food Service office at the Mediapolis Elementary School, 725 N. Northfield St., Mediapolis, Iowa  52637 or use the links below to download application and information.    You must use Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, first select Windows or Macintosh and download the program file to your hard drive. There is no charge for downloading Adobe Acrobat Reader.
